An Impressive Water Pipe Holds Lots or a Little Made from several components, the meat of the High Rise System starts with the water pipe, and it’s a considerable unit. With a wide base and massive reservoir, you’ll be able to fill it with enough water to cool down the hottest hits while being stable on the table. The High Rise features a high volume, ultra-bubbling, wide diameter percolator that both sits close to the bottom of the piece and is bolstered to it for additional strength.
