How much does shipping cost to Canada? How long will it take for my package to get here?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options like Xpresspost or Priority with Canada Post. Delivery takes 1–8 business days depending on what you select. Shipping is free on orders over $100 CAD. Signature required is automatically added to orders $150 CAD and above.

 

How much does shipping cost to the USA? How long will it take my package to get here?

Shipping in the USA costs as low as $9 CAD. Tracking is available with most options. Tracked shipping takes 4–8 business days, usually closer to 4 than 8. Shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD.

 

How does shipping to the U.S. work? Will I have to pay duty when my order arrives?

Nope — duties are already included. When you’re shopping on our Canadian website (in CAD), U.S. shipping is calculated upfront and all duties & taxes are pre-paid at checkout. There’s no extra charge when your package arrives — you pay one clean total and we take care of the rest.

 

Where do you ship orders to?

We ship anywhere in Canada and the USA, and many international destinations. If you don’t see your country available at checkout, please reach out.

 

What will the charge say on my credit card statement?

All charges appear as SPVENT.

 

What options for payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. For Interac e-Transfer instructions, email info@vapenorth.ca.

 

What should I do if my order is damaged or missing an item?

Please email us right away at info@vapenorth.ca so we can help. For orders outside Canada we can issue a refund on the item; we can’t reship replacements due to high international shipping costs.

 

The tracking info says “Successfully Delivered” but I haven’t received my package yet.

There are two common scenarios:

• The parcel was delivered to a neighbouring mailbox or accepted by a concierge/front desk.
• The parcel was scanned “delivered” a business day before final delivery.

Canada Post suggests checking your community mailbox, lobby/front desk, mail room, or around the delivery location to see if it was left in a safe spot. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

Vancouver Area, BC, Canada.

 

Can I get a refund if my item goes on sale later?

We’re happy to refund the difference if an item goes on sale within 3 days of purchase, or offer store credit if you contact us between days 4–7. This doesn’t apply to special limited-item/limited-time “Fire” or “Flash” sales. If your order contained free gifts, the value of those gifts is deducted when calculating any refund or credit.

 

What if I see my item include free gifts later?

Refunds apply only to price differences, not to free-gift promotions. If it’s within 3 days of purchase, we’re happy to add the promo gifts to a subsequent order you place.

 

What is the Best Price Guarantee?

We want you to shop with confidence. If you find a better price on an identical in-stock item from an authorized Canadian online retailer and we can replicate the price in our cart, email the offer to info@vapenorth.ca. If we can’t match it, we’ll give you 5% off anything we sell for your next order. Note: one 5% code per customer per month.
