Amazing customer service

First off before I give my opinion on the vape let me start with complimenting the service. First we had an issue with a discount code ending early which was fixed. Then I fell asleep and missed the sale even after they fixed the code issue. I contacted them hoping they might work with me, but expecting them to say sorry you missed the sale. Instead Scott was super helpful and got me all set up with a direct invoice and even included the discount, amazing. Now as far as the vape itself it's great, works perfect. I wish the battery lasted a little longer but with the ability to just change batteries that is really not an issue. The only negative I could say at all was about the waterpiece adapter. I went with the glass one and it works great but the threads are a little janky, it seems to be better as I use it but I am very cautious with it because it always feels like it's going to crossthread.

nice adaptor

good overall. need to be careful threading into Flower Mate, easy to cross thread. works great with micro bandit (10mm) and larger pipes as well (14mm)

Not bad for the price!

Works great, but threading isn't 100% perfect, so be careful ******** it into the Nano to make sure it lines up well.

Works great after some extra effort

At first the threading on the adaptor was too big and it would not screw into the Flowermate. After going over the threads on it with some fine grain sandpaper it now fits exactly and works awesome.
