Shipping

We offer standard and expedited shipping options with Canada Post. Shipping takes 1-8 business days depending on what you select. A signature is required on orders $150 or above.

Shipping in the USA costs as low as $9, tracking is available with most options. Tracked shipping takes 4-8 business days, usually closer to 4 than 8.

We ship orders anywhere in Canada & USA, and many International destinations.  Please reach out to us if you don’t see your country available.

We can only ship items containing batteries within Canada and the USA. If you order an item that contains a battery and you live outside of Canada or the USA, we unfortunately cannot ship your item to you.

Warranty

All of our items ship with the same warranty as if purchased directly from the manufacturer.  If your product requires warranty service, we will direct you as to the most expeditious route to obtain the service, typically directly from the manufacturer with our assistance.  In our experience, this is the most beneficial way to obtain the proper repairs and servicing for your products.

For any warranty replacements handled directly by Great White North Vaporizer Company, the customer pays a $10 shipping cost to send the warranty replacement item to their address.
